Eligibility for Azar Haven Independent Living is primarily designed for seniors, veterans, individuals with mental illness and individuals that have completed a rehabilitation program dealing with substance abuse disorders seeking a supportive and secure living environment. Individuals typically must be able to live independently with some assistance available if needed.
